Our Grandson, Mark Ellis!

Will the pain ever go away?????? This is my grandson, Mark. This was our last visit together when he and girlfriend, Nesha came to visit us on our rv lot in Pahrump, NV. Mark was a wonderful grandson and will missed by us forever. There is going to be a fund set up for him so his mother, my daughter Chyrisa can get his memorial/funeral and other obligations taken care of. Let me thank you all, our friends for their prayers for all of us. We are grateful. Love, Laura and Gordon Posted by Picasa

Our house is in the middle of the city. It is right in the heart of the Castro area. This is the Gay Pride Flag. Most people are nice in this area. It is a great place to live if you like city living. Posted by Picasa

Not all work and no play. We are here with our son, Kevin, Amar, Derek, Dylan, me and Gordon. This is Amars birthday. We went to Claim Jumper for dinner. See all the food we got - good thing we shared. Posted by Picasa

First coat on the deck is complete. It took along time to get this done. My knees are killing me.  Posted by Picasa

Ok let's get started on that deck. Posted by Picasa

All the hard work of getting the trees and bushes cleaned up had to be transferred from plastic bags to paper. The plastic bags will come off on Tueseday when the garbage truck comes.  Posted by Picasa

This is one days of clippings from the trees in front.(about 10 bags) Gordon will do more today. Posted by Picasa

Here you go a little better picture of the way the heart shaped deck looked like before we cleaned it yesterday. It looks better now. I will take another picture today so you can see. Posted by Picasa

It is very wet and not much sun in the front of our house. Here you can see how moldy the chairs are....the spindals were just liked that but with lots of elbow grease and bleach we cleaned them pretty well. My daughter-in-law, Mariam and her friend Sarah helped us all day yesterday. We worked from 10 to 4pm. We are going back this morning to work again. Padriac is going to meet us in the city and bring his power washer. Wow are we lucky to have him help us out. Posted by Picasa

This is our son Kevin who is one of the basketball coaches for Derek (his son) team. It was fun to see them playing. WHAT I LIKED BEST WAS THE WAY THEY PRAYED BEFORE THE GAME. It works!!! Posted by Picasa

Grandpa and Grandson Dylan love crab too. Posted by Picasa
