We are Laura and Gordon Bornkamp. We have been retired for 22 years and full time traveling for 21years...we are still traveling for many months but by car and motels....a big change but we love our life and where we live in Pahrump, Nevada at the Escapees Park.
Here is Lucy, she is my wonderful friend from Pahrump, they live in the Escapees Park where we have a lot too. Lucy does a lot of charity work she is one of the most giving people I have ever know. Right here she is showing me the beautiful rosary she makes. Her group have made over 30, 000 rosary, they give them away. 
Dee and girls left on Saturday after several days and that is the same day that Lee, (pictured here)Lucy and Sparky came for a four day visit. They are all going to a Hard Asset meeting at the Marriot in San Francisco.
Tarra is teaching Lauren how to make a spiral bracelet. Tarra caught on real fast.
We went to a wonderful tea house on the corner of 18th and Sanchez. We had so many choices it was hard to make a decision on what to order. BUT I had the Japanese tea service, Dee Dee and Lauren (front) choose the English tea service and Tarra picked the Greek tea service. We relaxed, talked and had a beautiful day.
Me, Lauren, Dee Dee and Tarra decided we needed to go out for a walk. It was a beautiful day. (the day after Thanksgiving)
Ten of us played the whole enchilada card game. It was so fun.
Tarra had her 17th birthday on Thanksgiving day. So happy we could help her celebrate....she is a great kid.
We had a great day all together. I could not have pulled this off without my neices help. Thank you, Dee Dee.

Let me take a few minutes to tell you how thankful that you are in our life. Our family is so important to us, we love you so much. Our Escapees/Boomer friends thank you for the best years on the road EVER!!! To other friends who have been so supportive to us, we love you.

This was an absolute wonderful place to spend the day. Everything was state of the art. Every 3rd Wednesday of the month is a free day for anyone to come visit. The cost normally is $24.95 each. They let 4,000 people attend. The lines were long but we got there early and had a great day. When we left there were still long lines to get in. We hit it just right.
We are heading for China Town and Fisherman's Wharf. An awesome day and the weather was perfect!!!!
I could not believe that we could h.ave a perfect ending to a perfect day at the beach.
