This is Stephanie and Paul. They are building their own house in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We helped them for a few hours, and had a nice dinner and evening with them.

I do not know for sure what the problem is but I cannot add pictures. I have been trying for weeks. The picture of Mike was posted by our son in Davis, CA.

We has a really good visit with Mike and his family. We were in Casa Grande, AZ.

We left after being there for 4 days then on to Las Cruces, New Mexico to visit friends there. Two days there then on to Van Horn, Texas waiting for our mail. We think we will be in Alamo, TX in a day or two and we plan to spend several months there with our new friends we met in Colorado this summer. The weather is warm, perfect for driving. Maggie, (our rig) is doing just fine. A nice smooth ride and we are getting 8 to 9 miles per gallon. We are happy.

Life With Mikey

This is Mikey!

He will be 15 on January 8th. We had a wonderful visit with him, his Mom, Eric and his 3 adorable sisters. I cannot wait to visit him again.

We are making a unexpected trip to Casa Grande to see our grandson, Mike. He called us after receiving our Christmas card. To our surprise he has moved from Michigan to Arizona and we are stopping for a weekend visit. Gordon and I are so happy that we can see him. We think it has been over 8 years since we saw him last. I will post pictures soon.

I love getting presents! 

We played games until it was so dark we had to use candlelight to finish up.  

Christmas day we went swimming at our friends lot at Country Roads also in Yuma. The camera date is wrong - this was Christmas day. 

Christmas a day of playing games, eating and exchanging gifts. 

We needed a good lunch at Chili's so we could shop some more. We saved our husbands lots of money.  

We were tired...........

This is Debbie and Larry. They are our solar connection. We have lots of solar power and nice big batteries thanks to them.

This is an old fashion hayride. Our friend Larry and Debbie Crutcher got all the hay and had everything set up when we got to their house. It was a really fun evening. 

Larry Cruther of Star Light Solar gave us a great deal on our new two 12 volt AGM batteries. This isn't the first time Larry has come though for us. A great friend and our solar guru. Thanks, Larry and Debbie.

December 12th

We are still here in the desert of Yuma with lots more friends showing up everyday.
Today was an awesome day of garage sale(ing) with good friends. Later it was dinner and a night of playing cards. We had a good fun filled day.

This is not everyones idea of how to spend the holidays. But we love the desert and we love our rig. We are here with a few friends. Yesterday we had a surprise potluck birthday surprise. I will send some pictures soon.

Gordon and I are camped in the desert . We have really nice sunsets every evening.
We are filling the sunny day with our friends, visiting, beading, campfires at night. Tonight we played cards with our friends that are here from Montana. A visit to Algodones, Mexico is coming up soon for our dentist appointments.

We are happy to be here and enjoy our friends here.

A wonderful turkey and all the goodies to go with it. 

Presentation is everything! Life is so good. I am a thankful camper!
