Now you see it now you don't....

Most people ride bikes here and they
can keep the few cars out of certain
places by putting these metal things
in the road that go up and down and
you have to have the password to
make it go down and you must have a
business or home address to get the code..
pretty neat

Haarlem and Amsterdam, Netherlands

We got here two days early and that was a good idea because we were jet lagged.  We walked all over Haarlem. Very nice churches and our hotel is right in the middle of town.  We started the Rick Steve's tour on Tuesday, we got to meet our fellow travelers.  So happy to see that we are NOT the oldest folks here. I say that because the DVD we rec'd had mostly late 30s and early 40's, but that Isn't the case on this tour..
Our first Dinner together was Indonesian food.. And it was quite delicious and very spicy but everybody loved it but I did.
  Our guide is Jennifer...so knowledgeable
Yesterday we went to the Rijkes museum, Ann Franks house, the red light district
Came home very tired.
