Christmas Party in Pahrump!

We went to a Christmas party in Pahrump. They house was
so decorated and beautiful....we had a good time.

The Christmas Letters are in the mail.

Wow nothing but problems with the paper and the printer BUT
WOLLA it is done....
plus I emailed my letters to all our email buddies...

We have not been here for years and years,
so we thought we would visit there again
with our new friends, Joan and Rick.

You may wonder why the date trees are wearing shirts....
it is to protected them from the birds. (at least we
were told that a while ago)

These two people are newest friends we met a few days ago
at our RV park...they are Canadians visting the states.
They are a darling couple and lots of fun.

Thanksgiving in Las Vegas!

We spent a lovely day with Bob and Loya in their Las Vegas home on Thanksgiving.
Bob, Loya, Gordon, me, Javier and Tom.

There was a lot of rigs at the 49er Encampment Days.

Now this was so fun.....if you never heard about it you can check it out online.
We were here in 2004 and we lucky enough to get to go again.

Back home in Pahrump, NV.

Yep, back to where our computers are working fine again.
We were lucky to have our smart phone which kept us up
on everything.....last time we were here in Death Valley the
phones did not work.

Out of touch for about 5 days!!!

We are going to Death Valley for the 49er Encampment Days....we have been to this very fun event about 10 years ago....so we are in the area so we are gone....no phones or computers.....
I hope I can do this....although I do think there may be wifi at the Furnace Creek Hotel.
