We are Laura and Gordon Bornkamp. We have been retired for 22 years and full time traveling for 21years...we are still traveling for many months but by car and motels....a big change but we love our life and where we live in Pahrump, Nevada at the Escapees Park.

Smart dog. We're frying in Malibu; broke a record yesterday - 101 degrees
This is what the Hoeber family looked like all weekend. Our AC broke last Thursday and we baked in 113 degree heat for five days. The pool is the only thing that saved us. The backyard lounge chair quickly became my favorite sleeping spot.
