China Town!
We were a little gross out at what was in the China Town market place. I guess it just regular stuff to the Chinese folks but I did not like it.
The clams are elephant clam in Chinese and a little expensive. It looks like a elephant trunk. The meat is no different in term of texture like other clam except elephant clam is extra sweet in the clam family. We use it after clean and slice in Hot Pot and stir fry. The frog is as frog legs in some American and widely use in French Cooking.

Hope this visit was several hours before or after a meal. NASTY!
But weren't you at least a bit curious about those long fleshy things attached to such TINY shells?
No way! I can't imagine eating that cute little frog . . . and is that what they call a Gooey Duck clam? Yuck!
