Charlie (Chyrisa's) husband made breakfast for us today.Sherk pancakes, I was surprised and they were soooo good.
We are Laura and Gordon Bornkamp. We have been retired for 22 years and full time traveling for 21years...we are still traveling for many months but by car and motels....a big change but we love our life and where we live in Pahrump, Nevada at the Escapees Park.

Okay, ya got me here! I don't know what a Sherk pancake is . . . I even Googled it, but no luck. I'm thinking it is a Shrek? pancake/waffle kind a thing. Doesn't matter, it looks yummy! And those cupcakes would make any situation better. Way to go Charlie!
