LIghts and parade in Dollywood!

The parade was extremely small but looked like fun for all.
We liked it!

It is really a bus, but for 50 cents you can ride this to Dollywood - Dollywood parking is $8 a day - when you buy the season pass you can save big time using this mode of tranportation....we are happy!!!!

FREE-FREE-FREE-FREE!

I have never been to anything like this before. The city of
Seiverville, TN, had their yearly WinterFest celebrations.
Every thing was FREE, all food and entertainment.
An awesome evening!

Popcorn, cotton candy and carmel apples!!!

Everything FREE - I can't believe I ate all this stuff...
I would never buy this stuff but since it was free I just
had to. Have not had anything like this in at least 20 yrs.

Still beautiful days here in Tennessee!

We are still having nice weather with a bit of rain here and there. But it is not to
cold to leave.....two more days at Dollywood then they close for one week to get
4 million Christmas lights up! We cannot wait - many people here just waiting
for the Christmas time theme, just like us...

So many shows!

We are planning our days by who is singing next, so far we have seen more than a dozen Gospel Singer groups....awesome..
This is the Palmetto Quartet and the guy on the right is Naomi Judd's husband and owner of the quartet.....

Gotta go off to Dollywood again......we got our money's worth and met some nice people at our park....

Our third year without our grandson, Mark!

We hate this day as it reminds us that we now live on without our beloved grandson, Mark!
He would have been 25 years old now. RIP

Not sure how long this will last but the trees are all turning
beautiful colors. We have been here 3 weeks now and are
planning to stay until November when Dollywood has there
Christmas lights all up, 4 million of them!

Sha-Kon-o-Hey!

Sha-kon-o hey is the wonderful story in Dollywood about
how the mountains live within the people here. Dolly
wrote all the songs, it was a good show. We saw it twice.

Another fun, fun day!!!!

We have never had a day like this before. We spent the day doing nothing but having fun!!!
We started with a long walk then we had made a wonderful lunch outdoors and cooked on
the fire pit. Onions, bell peppers and smoked sausage, with potatoes and for dessert baked
apples. No dinner we were still full!!!!!
Beautiful sunny, warm day!
