We are Laura and Gordon Bornkamp. We have been retired for 22 years and full time traveling for 21years...we are still traveling for many months but by car and motels....a big change but we love our life and where we live in Pahrump, Nevada at the Escapees Park.

A MUST SEE........NAVAL AVIATION MUSEUM......
I am not to much for museums, after 19 years I am burned out.
BUT
this was such a great museum we went from Alabama back
to Pensacola, Florida...TWICE.
I learned some great lessons from Hero's in the Navy.
Stories about President Bush...to a family who had
a private plane and was escaping Vietnam and got
permission to land on a carrier.. many, many stories
I know you will love to hear...

Spending a couple of weeks in the Escapees Alabama Park in Summerdale.
Our newest friends, Ken and Lelah who took us on a ride towards Fort Morgan.....this is a ship that was built in the 1860's....during a hurrican this ship was washed up......

I loved spending my birthday in this wonderful evening of lights everywhere...
