A day full of crabs....

I was waiting for this time of year for a whole year....going crabbing and knowing we would share all the crabs my Gordie caught with several of our children and grandchildren...It was a special day for me of sharing and enjoying everyone....we had crab cheviche (sp) crab cakes and crabc. We had enough for all 11 of us and everyone got to take some home....tonight for dinner we will have crab melts....my bff, Juanita brought a cheese cake to top off the night...boy was I happy when I woke up and saw I did not gain any weight....but Gordon and I took a two hour walk this morning just to make sure . Oh my gosh, just look at that pile of crab! What a beautiful gift to share with the whole family . . . and then send them home with leftovers? Amazing Winchester Bay harvest!
