It is always scary to try a new recipe on guests BUT it worked out just fine. Cajun lasagne!!! Who would of thunk!!!! Just having fun with you. It is 26 degrees this morning at Steven and James place in Barstow, CA. Now we are on our way to Riverside, CA to spend a week with one of our sons, Daniel.

We had so much fun having you as our guest here in beautiful Barstow! We loved the wonderful meal and the company was even better. I can't wait to play the whole enchilada again. We love you both so much and wish you safe travels.
