This is the new bridge that is being built along side the old bridge that we are currently using. This is going to be earthquake proof. This is Oakland Bay bridge.
We are Laura and Gordon Bornkamp. We have been retired for 22 years and full time traveling for 21years...we are still traveling for many months but by car and motels....a big change but we love our life and where we live in Pahrump, Nevada at the Escapees Park.

It's about time they built a pretty, modern bridge, I'm sure it's going to be a lot sturdier than the old one, guess we'll find out in the next big earthquake...
